Hi there, so my dad’s friend gave me a Cleveland Putter that he said goes with a matching set, the club or stick itself, look almost like a Pool Que, and seems a bit loose, and dated, but in decent condition. I guess my question is that the Putter is heavier, and i think it, and the ones with the set are a Man’s Set. So Should i get these clubs and use them? I figure that with the weight i can Increase my power level and distance, when i start using lighter Woman’s clubs when i rejoin my schools Golf team. My other and last question is that I’m Fairly short ("5’3"), and would this be a good choice when the putter is up to my waist. I’m sorry that this is so long but i just want to make sure i explained enough. THANKS. ![]()

I can’t putt! I don’t have a problem with finding the slope. If i am aiming at a certin point i push it right or left and short or long. Reading the greens are fine with me thou. Is there a certin kind of putter that I can use to help keep my hands/wrist from turning and also help with speed control?

Hey all, just gonna ask a question I probably already know the answer to. I am not a good putter, plain and simple. I’m a 6 handicap, and everything in my game is really balance beyond that. I don’t practice putting as much as I used to (obvious reasons of course) so I want something that can just help me putt better. My big issue is breaking my wrists, and the "Long" putters really appeal to me for the reason that you really "can’t" break them with that. Any opinions I’d be appreciative!
This is a 2 part video of me throwing Arboretum / Spiker Disc Golf Course in Canton, Ohio. The first part documents a front 10 round from the long tees. I scored all pars except for two deuces at the beginning of the round. The second part contains miscellaneous footage from a round with my best friend Kyle. I think putters are under used in the game of Disc Golf. People underestimate what they are capable of and this motivates me to put forth evidence of what putters can truly do. i am not the best putter…i have a hard time hitting a straight iron shot…but when i drive…my 6ft 175 pound self can hit a drive over 300…and when i really catch it i can get around 320…my friends say its because i have exceptionally long arms…when i played basketball in college those arms always came useful in shot blocking and rebounding…
anyways is this true that longer arms can enhance the drive like that…
Recently my DS Lite pretty much started breaking down. I didn’t take very good care of it when I was little but I have had it for around 4 years. *Approximately? Anyway, I’ve had it for a VERY long time and eventually, through a combination of wear, tear, and age, it has pretty much puttered. Long story short, it’s scratched, cracked, and the top screen will soon fall off. And now I feel it is time to buy a new one. Despite being 14 I still LOVE D.S. games and am loving Pokemon White. So I am going to buy a new system but it will need to be used because money’s rather tight. Anyway, I looked into the DSi and thought that I should get it for the reason that it was new and improved and just better software because it’s the newer model. I also thought it sounded cool because I believe, to connect to other DS gamers, you didn’t need to be near each other. I believe you can just be in a Wi-Fi zone to be able to connect, i.e.: battle Pokemon etc… But as I read about the DSi I started to realize that it might not be as good as it seems. For one, the camera and the MP3 features don’t apply as necessary to me. Another reason is that the battery is shortened by quite a few hours. Overall, I’ve realized that the DSi is almost overrated and not nearly as impressive as Nintendo makes it out to be. So, I’m just wondering if I should splurge another 20$ bucks for the newer model; the DSi? Or should I keep the 20 and go the old-fashioned way with the simple DS Lite? The big reason I’m nervous to purchase a DSi is this: I have heard that in many ways, the DS Lite is almost better than the DSi. I’m worried that I will spend an extra 20$ but really be getting scammed into buying somethings worse for something more. Please help me out here because I am having some difficulty deciding.

I’m getting a new putter and I’m thinking about trying out a long putter, but I don’t know if it’s legal in high school play. Anybody know?

I am building a long putter and would like to be able to use it as a standard long putter and a face on putter. Can I use a putter with the shaft in the center of the club head as a standard long putter without running into any problems? Can I use a putter with the shaft on the heal as a face on putter without running into any problems? I saw this site www.thewayputters.com and being able to do something like this would be ideal any idea how the lock the shaft into the different locations? Thanks for any advice.

I’m currently playing with a Taylormade SuperQuad driver, Wilson Staff Putter and the rest on my clubs are from a set. I play off around 11 and I would like other peoples’ opinion of what club I should upgrade next. I like my irons even though th are from a set and I never use fairways woods; I drive around ey300 yards and never need more than a 3 iron and then a wedge on long par fives. So what should I upgrade next? I was thinking maybe a hybrid club (if so what type) or maybe a new high end putter (Scotty Cameron, Odyssey Black series, Nike Unitized etc.)
Thanks for your help.
